Interruption to online services

Scheduled maintenance work will be carried out on AIA’s servers from Monday 2-Friday 6 August 2010. You will therefore be unable to access the secure members area of the website and the online payment facilities (Netbanx) during this time.

In addition, AIA Head Office staff may not have access to email and may be unable to respond to email correspondence until Friday 6 August 2010, we would therefore encourage you to contact us either before or after these dates. The office will remain open and staff will be contactable by fax, phone and post.
