The eightieth Annual General Meeting of the Association of International Accountants will be held in The Cabinet Room, The Carlton Club, 69 St James's Street, London, SW1A 1PJ on Monday 17 September 2012 at 3:00pm for the following purposes:

• To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011.
• To elect Members of the Council.
• To appoint Auditors and to fix their remuneration.

No member shall be entitled to be present or to vote at any meeting who is in arrears with any subscription or other sum payable to AIA. A proxy must be a member of AIA. The proxy form must be signed and posted or emailed, so as to reach the AIA Head Office not less than 48 hours before the AGM.
