This seminar is dedicated to finance and accounting professionals in the context of financial valuation and illustration of respective financial reporting requirements. This seminar examines financial valuation techniques in three core perspectives:
1) Fundamentals of Business Valuation
2) Introduction to Intangible Asset Valuation
3) Application of Purchase Price Allocation
Speaker: Ferry S.F. Choy, CFA, CVA - Assistant Director, Business Advisory
Mr Choy is currently the Assistant Director of Business Advisory of GCA Professional Services Group (Parent Group of GreaterChina Professional Services Limited (8193.HK)). He is a Certified Valuation Analyst of the International Association of Consultants, Valuators and Analysts and Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Choy obtained his bachelor degree in quantitative finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ferry is experienced in performing valuation for financial reporting and IPO purpose. Most of his clients are listed companies or large private companies looking for going public. His experience covers a wide range of different industries, including food & beverage, manufacturing and information technology.
