The Practice Growth Conference 2017 has been structured to offer support to those who wish to expand their practice and improve its efficiency in all manner of things. The keynote presenter, John Maffioli, will focus on five proven ways in which to grow your practice. This will be followed by talks from Jackie Jarvis, a speaker in business and team growth and Fiona Purdy of FA Simms.

John Maffioli, BDLNAn accountant by training, John became one of the youngest people ever to be internally promoted to the role of Director in a Big Four firm. With his previous professional experience, and as the co-creator of two businesses, John uses his abundant energy, enthusiasm and unique abilities to teach other professionals how to realise their own true market-facing potential.

Jackie JarvisFor the last 15 years Jackie has been working as a business coach and sales specialist. Jackie’s mini mastermind groups help ambitious business owners with clarity, focus and motivation, 3 vital ingredients for positive momentum in business. She is also the international author of Quick Wins in Sales and Marketing (published in 2015) and her book In Pursuit of Slow will be out in March 2017.

As one of the founders of Heart of business, a successful business development and collaboration network, she understands the challenges of growing a business herself.

Jackie’s unique talk will give you the inspiration to:

Richard Simms | FA Simms & PartnersRichard Simms is Managing Director of F A Simms & Partners Limited a Business Rescue and Insolvency Practitioners. Having trained as a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Richard took over the role of Managing Director in 1999. Richard is also director of the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Company Limited (“AMLCC”).  AMLCC is a comprehensive and practical guide assisting Accountants and Bookkeepers to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations.

 

 

Fiona Purdy | FA Simms & PartnersFiona has worked for the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Company since November 2015.    Prior to this, Fiona worked in Practice for a small accountancy firm in Leicester where she completed her AAT qualification. Fiona spends a large part of her time speaking to AMLCC members to help encourage them to use the product to the best of its ability and assist with any queries that might arise.

If you have to cancel or transfer, the full fee will be transferred to a future event, provided notice is received not less than 24 hours prior to the event. If you cancel or transfer later than this, the full fee will be charged to that event. Alternatively, a substitute delegate would be welcome at no extra charge.

Where circumstances force the AIA to change the details of or cancel a seminar, the liability of the AIA will be limited to a refund of fees for that particular seminar. The AIA is not liable for any consequential loss.
