Adjunct associate professor of the University of Hong Kong

Dr. Terence Chung has more than 30 years of experience in human resource management and training consulting, both locally and overseas. He has served as the chief consultant of Forum, a multinational American training consulting company, and received the chairman's award for outstanding team contribution in 2001. He also served as the learning solutions manager at the university of MOTOROLA in Hong Kong, where he won the 1999 innovation award, the 2000 collaboration award and the President's award. At the same time, he has taught graduate diploma programmes in organization and human resource management for the university of Hong Kong in Hong Kong and China for many years. He specializes in organizational development and change, leadership development programs, team integration, project management, strategic planning and consulting.

In the late 1990s, Dr. Alexander Chan devoted himself to the field of mobile communication technology. In the following 15 years, he worked as a senior manager in a number of industry-leading British and European enterprises, responsible for marketing and business development in different markets around the world. He has successfully managed and operated clients including Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, LG, Microsoft, Toshiba, Panasonic, HTC, Huawei and China Mobile. He has served as Asia Pacific marketing director and vice President in Beijing for two European mobile technology development outsourcing companies. Due to the transnational nature of the company, Dr Chan has extensive experience in building and leading international teams to overcome the cultural differences in communication between different business units.

Dr. Zenki Kwan is currently working at a real estate financial institution in Hong Kong. He is responsible for corporate development, acquisition and management of nearly hk$3billion in cash assets for investment, including stocks, bonds, options and private equity funds. Dr. Zenki Kwan has extensive experience in the financial markets and has been employed by McKinsey, jpmorgan chase and ubs to provide financing and market advisory services to financial institutions in the asia-pacific region, including haitong securities' $1.7 billion Hong Kong market project. Prior to that, he was a macro strategy analyst for Korean institutions, responsible for research on economic policy and investment strategy. Dr. Zenki Kwan holds a doctorate in business administration from the Swiss business school, a master's degree in applied business studies, and a master's degree in finance (double majors in financial engineering and risk management) from the university of Hong Kong.

Mr. Simon Cheung is the President of lee kum kee (Hong Kong) limited in Hong Kong and Taiwan, mainly responsible for business operation and development in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Mr. Simon Cheung, a member of the Hong Kong institute of marketing, has more than 10 years of experience in international brand marketing management and has rich practical experience in corporate strategy, marketing and marketing activities planning.Mr. Simon Cheung was the sales director of carlsberg (Hong Kong) co., LTD., leading the marketing strategy, marketing planning and business development of more than 100 beer products under his command, and successfully promoted carlsberg to the no.1 position in Hong Kong and Macao.Before this, Mr. Simon Cheung has served summergate international trade co., LTD. Southwest regional director, Denmark, the foreign firm marketing and sales manager in Hong Kong, the United States Philip morris (Asia) co., LTD. Sales manager, involved in the business scope includes: condiments, red wine, liquor, beer, beverage, tobacco and plastic products. Before joining European and American companies, he worked as a news anchor at Hong Kong's TVB, where he was responsible for news reporting and foreign translation.Mr. Simon Cheung graduated from the Chinese university of Hong Kong with a major in marketing and a minor in journalism and communications.
