The International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Diploma is a practical course of study, covering a broad range of IFRS topics; which are considered essential for those working in accountancy, finance and in the wider business community.
The IFRS Diploma teaches the history of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and the processes by which it adopts IFRS, and is structured specifically to facilitate understanding of the key standards.
On successful completion of the IFRS Diploma exemptions are available from the AIA exams in Paper 1 Financial Accounting 1 and Paper 11 Financial Accounting 2.
A written, closed-book, three-hour exam.
