The January deadline is now looming large for the AIA sponsored PQ Awards 2019. Surely you know someone who deserves to be walking down the PQ red carpet at the Café de Paris in February next year?

Sponsoring the award ceremony reiterates AIA’s commitment to recognising future generations of accountants, and the work they undertake in order to successfully qualify; as well as those who educate them on their student journey.

Entering the awards is simple. All you need to do is provide 250 words on why you / your college should win one of the coveted PQ Awards. There will be a range of awards on offer, including public and private sector college of the year, as well as awards for innovation of the year and best use of social media.

The awards really are a unique opportunity to highlight the people who have helped you along the way. Maybe there’s a training manager you want to nominate or a fellow tutor. Last year one tutor was even nominated by their son!

Upon agreeing the sponsorship, Philip Turnbull, AIA Chief Executive, said: “We have worked closely with PQ Magazine for many years to support the awards ceremony, and we once again look forward to presenting the 'Online College of the Year' accolade in 2019.

“It is crucial that as an industry we continue to recognise the wonderful achievements of upcoming professionals into our industry; along with those businesses who make significant contributions to the accountancy sector.”

You can download the nomination form from www.pqmagazine.com by clicking on the ‘pq awards’ bar on the home page. Or alternatively email awards@pqmamagzine.com directly.

Deadline for nominations is Friday 11 January 2019.
