The webinar will focus on where we are to date with automatic enrolment as well as focusing on key objectives for 2017 and 2018 including re-enrolment, phasing of contributions and new employers with instantaneous duties from October 2017.  The presentation will also provide an update on compliance and enforcement with key lessons for small employers.

Jeremy Leslie-Smith

Jeremy is part of the Industry Liaison team at The Pensions Regulator. In this role he was previously responsible for engaging with many of the UK's largest employers to help them understand the new 'automatic enrolment' duties. Since early 2013, Jeremy’s primary responsibility has been to oversee the preparation of the financial services industry for automatic enrolment. This involves engaging with many of the UK’s financial adviser firms and pension scheme providers as well as speaking at events for various industry specialists.

 Before joining the regulator, Jeremy worked within the financial services industry for 22 years and has extensive experience of dealing with companies in both the private and public sector.

If you have to cancel or transfer, the full fee will be transferred to a future event, provided notice is received not less than 24 hours prior to the event. If you cancel or transfer later than this, the full fee will be charged to that event. Alternatively, a substitute delegate would be welcome at no extra charge.

Where circumstances force the AIA to change the details of or cancel a webinar, the liability of the AIA will be limited to a refund of fees for that particular webinar. The AIA is not liable for any consequential loss.
