The AIA Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending the 30 September 2021 has now been published, alongside details regarding the Annual General Meeting.

Annual General Meeting

The ninetieth Annual General Meeting of the Association of International Accountants will be held on 20 May 2022 at 12:00GMT (13:00BST) for the following purposes:

To receive the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2021.
To elect Members of the Council.
To appoint Auditors and to fix their remuneration.

In light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and in line with the revised requirements of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, AIA has taken the decision to hold the Annual General Meeting behind closed doors.

This means our AGM will still go ahead as per the requirements of the AIA Constitution, but unfortunately all members will be unable to attend.
