Seminar Description:

Prior to joining E&Y, Mr. He worked for another big four accounting firm in the us and Hong Kong M&A tax sector and has 15 years of experience in us tax and cross-border M&A services. While in the U.S., he provided extensive tax planning and advisory services to a leading U.S. private equity fund on its global investments. While in Hong Kong, he also provided tax advisory services on cross-border deals with large Chinese companies.While working in the United States, Mr. He spent two years at the national center for technology in Washington, focusing on his expertise in corporate federal income taxes.
