Les holds an Honorary Professor Accounting and Finance at Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce and has previously acted as a company secretary to a large housing association and chairman to the board of governors at a local school.
In addition to Les' business pursuits he is a martial arts expert, holding multiple black belts and teaching Karate, Judo and Mixed martial arts for over 4 decades.
