How to join AIA as an Academic Member

AIA Academic Membership is a unique category of membership, which recognises the contribution that academics and researchers make to accountancy and finance through education and research.

To be eligible for Academic membership of the AIA you need to be working in the field of teaching or research in accountancy or an accountancy related area for over 5 years. Non-teaching professionals may also be considered if they hold managerial or technical director positions.

Membership is open to academics working in the field of teaching or research in accountancy or an accountancy related sector for over five years. 

The annual subscription for Academic Membership is £70.
