Steven Cockcroft MSc MBCS MCQI CQP

Steven Cockcroft MSc MBCS MCQI CQP is a UK veteran who now assists organisations with the adoption of standards-based management systems for cyber security, information security, business continuity, risk management and quality management.

His record of accomplishment includes operational delivery, training and consultancy to global organisations and he has earned a reputation for delivering programmes to drive ISO and BS certification across large, geographically dispersed organisations.

He has led over 40 organisations, of all sizes and in all markets, to certification to established international and national standards in the areas of cyber security, information security and business continuity management.

He is well respected for his capacity to communicate and train others, and has delivered numerous courses at all levels, whether to raise awareness or to achieve certification.

Throughout his military career his professionalism was acknowledged via multiple commendations and decorations.

Steven has delivered training in information security and business continuity related areas for over 20 years and to in excess of 3,000 delegates.

He is an accredited trainer for the British Computer Society, QA, PECB and is an Accredited Trainer (Category A) under the NCSC Certified Trainer scheme. Steven is a member of the North West Cyber Resilience Centre Cyber Expert Group.

Throughout his career, Steven has held memberships to several professional organisations including, the British Computer Society, the Institute of Risk Management, the Chartered Quality Institute, The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and Transparency International.

Steven holds a Masters degree from the University of Leicester Centre of Quality Excellence.
