Deloitte China Capital Market Services Group Southern Region Offering Services Leader Robert Lui is a Partner and Governing Board Member of Deloitte China, where he serves as Capital Market Services Group Southern Region Offering Services Leader, HK Digital Asset Leader, HK Government & Public Services Industry Leader, and HK Growth and Markets Leader. With more than 25 years of multidisciplinary experience, Robert has led IPOs for over 50 companies listed on the HK Stock Exchange and delivered audit & assurance, digitalization, and M&A services for listed companies and growth enterprises across industries. He oversees Deloitte's digital asset business in HK, collaborating with regulators and supporting platforms, custodians, and asset managers on audit, licensing, and compliance engagements. He also leads Deloitte's HK Government & Public Services practice, serving public sector clients including government bureaus and agencies, as well as education institutions.
Robert has broad insights into society and industry development through his public and professional appointments. Robert is appointed by HKSAR government as Member of Expert Committee on Professional Services for Going Global, Member of Task Force on Promoting Web3 Development, Stablecoin Review Tribunal Panel Member, City University of HK Council Member, Hospital Governing Committee Chairman at Castle Peak Hospital and Siu Lam Hospital under the Hospital Authority.
