Specialist membership route for CACFO

The AIA CACFO programme recognises the experience and professionalism of leading finance professionals who have demonstrated a high level of academic ability and obtained relevant work experience. 

Structure

The programme is limited to 50 candidates per year and individuals must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Detailed understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and Chinese fiscal and taxation laws. 
• Practical understanding of professional ethics.
• A minimum 15 years experience in an accountancy role of which 5 year must be within a management role.

Application

Candidates should supply CACFO with evidence of the skills and experience listed above for initial assessment.

Those candidates that meet the entry requirements will take part in a professional competency hearing arranged by CACFO.

Candidates that meet the eligibility criteria and pass the competency hearing will be awarded AIA membership.
